The Split Gantry models move the vacuum table out to you when the laser cutting and/or laser engraving is done for easy removal of your parts.

The Kern systems use only one mirror, which is easier to adjust the laser beam to the optics lens. This adjustment is done once at the factory and may not need to be adjusted again for a long time. All of the Kern Laser Systems will maintain constant power when cutting or engraving over the entire table top as the laser is moved over the material with a fixed focus point.

Multiple lasers can be mounted on this system or any Kern Laser system to increase your production. The 4″ deep vacuum table along with the aluminum honeycomb tabletop will exhaust most of the smoke and debris from the cut material. All systems have a top vacuum assembly to exhaust the smoke and fumes when laser engraving. Each laser cutter or laser engraving system is supplied with a vacuum blower to exhaust the fumes and smoke from the vacuum table chamber to the outside or through a customer supplied filter system.

Laser Cutting System Includes:

Sealed CO2 laser with focusing optics, focus adjustment, pressurized nozzle, programmable laser power, laser monitor controller, laser cooling unit, vacuum table top, blower for vacuum, precision linear rails, Anti-backlash lead screws, KCAM vector/raster software, computer and monitor not included. ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON LASER AND MOTION TABLE.

Install a 30-watt air-cooled laser to cut and engrave woods, plastics, leather, or other materials. Install a 100-watt laser or larger with the metal cutting option for cutting mild steel and stainless steel to have a completely versatile system.
