If you require technical assistance on your Kern laser system, please contact Technical Support using one of the methods below. For matters that require immediate assistance please call in and ask to be transferred to Technical Support.

Kern’s main focus is prompt and personalized customer service. A dedicated technical support department is standing by and ready to help you with technical issues that may arise.

Take comfort in knowing that at Kern Laser Systems you will be dealing with someone that is trained and knowledgeable in running laser systems on a daily basis. During business hours all phone calls are answered by a person, not a machine or answering service. E-mails are answered promptly.

Customer support includes assistance with parameters of the system and training in CorelDraw, AutoCAD LT, KCAM, and other software. Training is always FREE of charge at the Kern factory.
