Personalized Customer Service
Our main focus is prompt and personalized customer service. Unlike most companies, our sales staff also doubles as the technical support staff. This means throughout your experience with Kern Lasers, you will be dealing with someone that is trained and knowledgeable in running laser systems on a daily basis. During business hours all phone calls are answered by a person, not a machine or answering service. E-mails are answered promptly.
Customer support includes assistance with parameters of the system and training in CorelDraw, AutoCAD, KCAM, and other software. Training is FREE of charge at the Kern factory.
RMA Support
Search for your laser's RMA form and ensure that you are properly returning your equipment for servicing. By following the steps on the RMA form you are ensuring that our technical staff can adequately test your equipment. We can then determine what steps need to be taken to get your laser system up and running in a timely manner.
